Preparing to conceive can be a very special experience, while also coming with some stressors at times. For some of us, this can lead to food cravings and turning to food for comfort or emotional coping.
The good news is that allowing yourself to enjoy the foods you’re craving is an important part of managing these cravings.
As much as it’s definitely okay to satisfy your cravings with the real deal, sometimes it’s also helpful to give yourself the taste you’re craving while packing in some bonus nutrients.
Here’s a delicious chocolate chia pudding recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth, while also getting a good deal of fibre, protein and healthy fats.
