Are you ready for the most comprehensive and personalized prenatal course provided by healthcare professionals?

The PUSH Prenatal Program is a comprehensive course designed to revolutionize what prenatal education looks like, the subjects it covers, and how it should make you as an expectant or new parent feel – empowered and prepared, with no topic uncovered.
Our unique approach combines information-packed videos you can watch (and re-watch) on your own time, a downloadable resource pack with extra tools and handouts, and 6 one-on-one check-ins with a dedicated perinatal nurse (Ontario residents only).
The Phased Videos cover your first, second, third trimester, labour and delivery, the first 6 weeks with your baby, and newborn & infant care. It includes everything from the basics, to topics that women are dying to know, and that aren’t talked about enough; all while preparing you for a whole bunch of what ifs.
The Check-Ins are your opportunity to follow-up with a dedicated PUSH Prenatal Nurse 6 times throughout your journey. You can discuss individualized pregnancy progress, ask questions specific to your needs, practice skills with your partner and be assured that there is always someone to turn to as a first point of contact with any inquiry that arises during your pregnancy and as you embark into parenthood.
